Ceremonies & Dress Code
We share this guide to help you feel comfortable and festive throughout our celebrations. We can't wait to see you shine!
Haldi
A joyful pre-wedding celebration, where guests bless the couple by applying turmeric. Laughter is guaranteed and things may get a little messy. It's an intimate, playful celebration filled with love and sunshine.
What to Wear:
Light festive wear in yellows, oranges, and whites. Choose outfits you don't mind getting a little turmeric on - fun over formal!
Mehndi
A relaxed, joyful gathering filled with music, laughter and the application of henna. Guests are invited to join, mingle and enjoy optional mehndi designs. It's a moment of beauty, bonding, and pre-wedding excitement.
What to Wear:
Colorful festive weather in teals, greens, and florals. Flowy, comfortable outfits that let you sit, relax, and show off your henna.
Since Mehndi will happen right after Haldi, we recommend you choose an outfit suitable for both as there will not be time to change.
Ritualistic Wedding
Our main ceremony where we take our sacred vows around the holy fire, uniting our paths forever.
What to Wear:
Festive traditional or formal attire. Indian wear is warmly encouraged - bright colors, elegant fabrics, and celebratory styles are welcome. Please avoid white, red and black.
Sangeet Bash
A high-energy musical celebration where friends & families take over the dance floor. Expect performances, laughter, and a night of pure magic.
What to Wear:
Glamorous festive wear. Sequins, shimmers, and outfits you can dance in. Don't forget your dancing shoes!
